FORT MYERS, FL – Lee County deputies were dispatched to a hit-and-run near Gulf Coast Medical Center Friday.

Deputies arrived at the crash site – Plantation Road and Daniels Parkway – before 4 p.m., according to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.
