Injury collision blocks I-295 North in Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, FL – A collision with reported injuries is currently blocking some I-295 northbound lanes, Florida Highway Patrol revealed. 

FHP was dispatched to the scene at approximately 7:47 a.m. and arrived at the collision site at 8:11 a.m. 

Troopers have not specified the type of people and vehicles involved, have not said if anyone was injured or hospitalized, or have not indicated how long lane closures would last.
