Jacksonville deputies investigate crash on Phillips Highway

JACKSONVILLE, FL – Jacksonville deputies were on the scene of a collision that happened at the Phillips Highway and Wells Creek Parkway Thursday. 

Deputies were made aware of this crash before 12:30 p.m. They have not yet said how many vehicles and people were involved, indicated if anyone was hurt, and what exactly led to this crash.
