JACKSONVILLE, FL – Jacksonville deputies are investigating a collision that happened along the San Jose Country Club before 3:15 p.m. Thursday.

This crash took place at the San Jose Boulevard and Smullian Trail South intersection, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
