WEST JACKSONVILLE, FL – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to crash reported Tuesday afternoon at North McDuff Avenue and Commonwealth Avenue. 

Deputies arrived at the scene around 3:30 p.m. They are investigating the circumstances behind what led to this collision and have not provided additional commentary, including the cause of this crash, at this time.
