BRADENTON, FL – A 45-year-old man riding a bicycle lost his life after he was struck by a car on Cortez Road North along 24th Street West Monday.
This collision happened after 4:15 p.m., according to FOX 13 News.
Florida Highway Patrol, who responded to the scene, said the driver of the Chevy sedan did not see the cyclist when they collided with the man’s bicycle. As such, it is unclear if the motorist, a 23-year-old from Sarasota, will be charged.
