Male cyclist fatally struck by Toyota in Jacksonville
JACKSONVILLE, FL – A woman in her 50s driving a Toyota sedan collided with a male cyclist on the 100th block of Pecan Park Road, which claimed the man’s life Thursday.
This collision took place before 6:45 a.m., and the cyclist, identified as a man in his 30s, succumbed to fatal wounds at the scene, according to First Coast News.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said one of their deputies declared the man dead at the scene and confirmed intoxication did not play a role in this fatal collision.
