Male motorcyclist, 35, fatally hits pole in Glencoe
GLENCOE, FL – A 35-year-old man riding a motorcycle was quickly taken to Halifax Health Medical Center, where he died after he struck a utility pole Sunday.
This crash happened before 7 p.m. on State Road 44 off-ramp connecting to I-95 South, according to WFTV. Florida Highway Patrol said that the man, an Edgewater resident, fell from his bike after it hit the power pole.
Troopers confirmed the man did not wear a helmet. FHP launched an investigation but has not released other details at this time.
