Male pedestrian, 20, fatally hit by vehicles in Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, FL – A 20-year-old man crossing southbound U.S. 1 and Bowdendale Avenue lost his life when he was hit by two vehicles Saturday.

This crash happened around 2:30 a.m. and immediately led the walker to succumb to deadly wounds, and the sedan driver sustained minor injuries, according to First Coast News.

Upon arrival, Florida Highway Patrol and crews closed all southbound lanes and reopened them at 7:30 a.m.
