Man, 21, killed in motorcycle, semi wreck in St. Pete
ST. PETERSBURG, FL – A 21-year-old man from Seminole operating a Suzuki motorcycle died after colliding with a turning semi-truck last Friday, Dec. 6.
This collision took place before 3 p.m. at the intersection of 49th Street North and 58th Avenue North, according to WFLA.
Florida Highway Patrol said the semi-truck, driven by a 39-year-old man from Mulberry, happened when it turned right in front of the motorcycle. Upon arrival, first responders took the motorcyclist to a local hospital, where he passed away, while the truck driver was spared from injuries.
