Man, 29, critically injured after falling off Clearwater building

CLEARWATER, FL – A construction accident in Clearwater sent a man to a hospital Thursday afternoon.

According to WTSP, the unidentified 29-year-old man fell from a second story of The Grove at Countryside, a soon-to-be assisted living facility located on McMullen Booth Road.

Officials responded to the scene around 1 p.m.. The man was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital with critical-life-threatening injuries.
