Man, 30, dies as pickup truck strikes power pole in Winter Haven

WINTER HAVEN, FL – A 30-year-old man operating a Ford F-150 pickup truck hit a utility pole, causing the truck to overturn and claim his life Monday, WFLA said. 

This single-vehicle collision happened on northbound South Lake Howard Drive. Florida Highway Patrol, who responded to the scene, said the driver did not wear his seatbelt and died at the scene.
