Man, 50, dies after crash with another vehicle, wall in Jacksonville
JACKSONVILLE, FL – A 50-year-old man was rushed to a hospital where he died after he crashed his sedan into a concrete barrier wall and was then hit by another vehicle Wednesday.
This crash happened after 5 a.m. on the northbound lanes of Dames Point Bridge, according to First Coast News. The 50-year-old man was only identified as a Hialeah resident.
The other vehicle that hit him was said to have been a pickup truck operated by a 69-year-old man from Jacksonville. This driver was unharmed.
It is not immediately clear if tiredness, impairment, speeding, or other factors played a role in this crash.
