Man, 51, fatally hit by SunRail train in Orlando
ORLANDO, FL – A 51-year-old man perished when he was hit by a SunRail train in the vicinity of South Orange Avenue and Pine Street Tuesday.
At around 2:45 p.m., the man was supposedly sitting on the train tracks and then got up and walked in front of the train, thus prompting the collision and claiming his life, Click Orlando reported.
Florida Highway Patrol, who responded to the scene, said the man died at the scene, and after arriving, troopers and other officials closed both directions of Pine Street.
