Man, 52, dies after car plows into Lake Buena Vista pond

LAKE BUENA VISTA, FL – A 52-year-old man driving a car failed to stay in his lane while traveling through a roundabout, which ended in him crashing into a pond and claiming his life.

This solo collision occurred on eastbound LBV Factory Stores Drive near Poinciana Boulevard, according to WESH. After arriving, Orange County Fire Rescue rushed into the pond to free the man before paramedics transported him to a nearby hospital, where he later died.

No other vehicles were involved.
