Man, 63, loses life in left-turn collision in Orlando
ORLANDO, FL – A 63-year-old man operating a Jeep Compass made a left turn and collided with the driver of a Dodge Challenger, leading him to suffer fatal injuries Sunday.
This collision occurred before 6:15 p.m. at the Silver Star Road and North Powers Drive junction. Florida Highway Patrol told Click Orlando that the Dodge Challenger driver was going above the speed limit when the Jeep motorist struck him.
After the two vehicles collided, the impact of the crash led the Jeep to travel off the road and overturn.

The Dodge driver — a 22-year-old man from Orlando — and the passenger — a 21-year-old man from Winter Park — sustained minor wounds and were transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center.
