Man dies, woman hurt as motorcycle overturns in Lake Butler

LAKE BUTLER, FL – A 42-year-old man operating a motorcycle crashed, causing the bike to overturn, which claimed his life and injured his passenger, a 20-year-old woman, Wednesday.

WOKV said this collision occurred in the afternoon at the intersection of State Road 100 and State Road 121 and the impact had caused the motorcycle to turn clockwise and had ejected both occupants.

Florida Highway Patrol launched an investigation and has not released additional information at this time.
