Man killed after crash with pole in Eagle Bend

JACKSONVILLE, FL – A man’s life was claimed after he lost control of his black two-door car on southbound Yellow Bluff Road in Eagle Bend and crashed into a utility pole around 4:30 p.m. Saturday. 

Action News Jax said this collision happened on the 16200 block. The driver died at the scene. 

No other vehicles or people were involved. 

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is investigating additional details regarding this crash.
