Man killed after crashing into Herlong Recreational Airport

JACKSONVILLE, FL – A man succumbed to fatal injuries after he crashed into a hangar bay at the Herlong Recreational Airport Tuesday. 

First Coast News indicated that it was not immediately clear why the driver veered off the road. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
