Man, woman killed in fiery crash on I-4 in Celebration

CELEBRATION, FL – A fiery single-vehicle crash on westbound I-4 claimed two lives after 2:30 p.m. Sunday.

According to Click Orlando, the collision happened when the driver of a sedan wanted to change lanes into an outside lane, lost control of the vehicle, and drifted off the road, rotated, and crashed into a light pole. Upon impact, the Sedan caught on fire.

The driver, a man, and the passenger, a woman, suffered fatal injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene.

The outside lane of I-4 and the U.S. Highway 192 closed for investigation but have reopened since.
