Medical episode causes crash in Tampa that sends man to hospital
TAMPA, FL – A 54-year-old man operating a Ford F150 suffered a medical episode and crashed into a median wall, sending him to the hospital Monday.
This collision happened after 5:30 p.m. on the Selmon Expressway near 21st Street, according to ABC Action News.
Before the man hit the wall, he collided with a Toyota Tacoma and a Nissan Armada. After the impact of colliding with the wall and a guardrail, a tire from his truck blew out and struck a Volkswagen Jetta.
No one else aside from the Ford driver was harmed.
