Medical episode causes fatal crash in Hallandale Beach

HALLANDALE BEACH, FL – A 57-year-old man lost his life when he experienced a medical episode and crashed his car in Hallandale Beach Wednesday.

The man was identified as Carlton Campbell, a K-8 principal for Gulfstream Academy, according to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.

Officials have not disclosed where the collision took place or specified other details regarding this fatal wreck.
