Miami-Dade officer hospitalized after auto accident in Liberty Hill

MIAMI, FL – A Miami-Dade Police officer had to go to Jackson Memorial Hospital for a minor wound after a crash in Liberty Hill that involved another vehicle Wednesday.

While the details behind this collision remain scarce, it appears that both vehicles had crashed into a fence off the Northwest 53rd Street and Northwest 17th Avenue (reported around 4:30 p.m.) after colliding, as indicated in a Local10 report.

The other vehicle, a white sedan, was left with front-end damage, but its driver was unharmed in the process.
