Motorcyclist killed as truck, motorcycle collide in Lehigh Acres

LEHIGH ACRES, FL – A motorcyclist succumbed to fatal wounds immediately after a truck hit their bike on State Road 82 East Thursday, Wink News reported.

This crash happened before 6:30 p.m. near Grant Boulevard. Florida Highway Patrol and Lee County Sheriff’s Office were both called to the scene.

Troopers and deputies were last seen redirecting traffic and advising travelers to seek alternative routes.

Authorities started an investigation and have not released other information at this time.
