Motorcyclist killed in left-turn crash in New Port Richey

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL – A left-turn collision at the State Route 54 and Crestwood Boulevard claimed a motorcyclist’s life Saturday, ABC Action News reported.

A driver of the other vehicle was traveling east on SR-54. At the same time, the motorcyclist was heading west on SR-54. The motorcyclist collided with the vehicle after the other driver made a left turn.

It is not immediately clear what the contributing factors of this collision were, or if the other driver was hurt. Officials did, however, say the motorcyclist suffered fatal injuries at the scene.
