Multi-vehicle wreck partially blocks northbound I-275 in north Tampa

TAMPA, FL – Authorities responded to a multi-vehicle collision early Tuesday afternoon on Interstate 275 in north Tampa, according to FL511 Tampa Bay.

The wreck unfolded on the northbound lanes of I-275 at Exit 52 to Fletcher Avenue. It was first reported shortly before 1:00 p.m.

Few details have been made available at this time, but the two right lanes were closed in the immediate aftermath.

Local agencies have not confirmed any major injuries or hospitalizations related to the incident.
