No one harmed in Jacksonville multi-vehicle, rollover wreck
JACKSONVILLE, FL – Drivers and passengers escaped injuries following a multi-vehicle crash that resulted in a truck carrying rocks to roll over and land on its side Tuesday.
This collision happened before 1:45 p.m. on I-95 South adjacent to Old St. Augustine Road, according to First Coast News.
Authorities shut down the southbound lanes to accommodate the investigation and clearance process. As a result, they advised drivers to take Old St. Augustine and then Philips Highway.
Drivers could also pass the collision by driving in an outside lane.
At this time, administrators did not release the details regarding how this collision unfolded or provide a time estimate for how long the southbound lanes were expected to stay closed.
