Occupants escape submerged car after crash in Miami

MIAMI, FL – Occupants inside a submerged car managed to escape the vehicle inside a canal located near Florida’s Turnpike South near NW 170th Street Saturday.

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue told WSVN that they were the ones to initially find the submerged vehicle. They did not specify if they had to provide assistance, how the collision came to be, or if anyone was injured or hospitalized.
