One hospitalized after Opa-Locka crash with tractor-trailer
OPA-LOCKA, FL – A driver had to be extricated from his vehicle after crashing into a tractor-trailer Friday.
The collision occurred on Northwest 27th Ave. near the Palmetto Expressway, CBS Miami reported. Upon hitting the truck, half of the man’s car got trapped underneath the 18-wheeler.
The man was able to get out of his vehicle thanks to first responders and then airlifted to a hospital. There has been no official word on his condition, nor have emergency crews specified what the contributing factors of the collision were.
