One life claimed, 2 injured after Orlando multi-vehicle wreck
ORLANDO, FL – Two people sustained minor injuries, and a 28-year-old man died following a multi-vehicle collision on John Young Parkway before 11 p.m. Sunday.
According to Click Orlando, the 28-year-old man from Kissimmee had turned from the John Young Parkway onto SR-528. For reasons unclear, his vehicle drove on the grassy median and overturned on the northbound lanes before striking a sedan and van.
The sedan driver, a 23-year-old man, and the van driver – a 65-year-old man – sustained minor injuries, while the 28-year-old man was hospitalized and later suffered fatal injuries.
Florida Highway Patrol opened up an investigation and has not released other details at this time.
