Pickup truck rollover in St. Pete leaves 1 dead, another injured
ST. PETERSBURG, FL – A man was killed and a child was seriously injured following a pickup truck rollover in St. Petersburg on Monday.
The collision occurred just after 7:30 p.m. in the 4020 block of 38th Avenue North, WFLA reported. Police say the impact caused the pickup truck overturn, pinning the driver inside.
The driver was extricated and pronounced dead at the scene a short time later. The child was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
