Scooter rider dies after crash with school bus in Miami
MIAMI, FL – A person operating a motor scooter crashed into the back of a school bus in Gladeview before 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The collision happened at the intersection of Northwest 79th St and Northwest 13th Court, WSVN reported. The school bus’ lights flashed its light, the children were let off the bus, and the scooter collided with the bus.
The children were unharmed, but the bus driver sustained minor injuries. The scooter operator was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he later died.
