Speeding driver arrested after fatal Largo crash
LARGO, FL – A 33-year-old man who traveled at a high rate when he ran a red light and struck another vehicle, claiming the lives of two people, has been arrested.
This collision happened on Sunday, January 28th, on East Bay Drive, and FOX 13 News confirmed that the suspect was booked into custody as of Tuesday, February 6th.
The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office identified the suspect as 33-year-old Lila Andoni, indicating he went “92 mph in a 45 mph zone.” They have charged him with “two counts of vehicular homicide.”
The two people who lost their lives were identified as 22-year-old Ariadna Sanchez Monroy and 26-year-old Paulino Trego-Mendoza.
