Speeding driver hits stationary car, St. Pete home
ST. PETERSBURG, FL – A driver of a burgundy Nissan was said to have traveled at a high rate when they hit a dip in the road, leading them to collide with a parked car and the stationary car to crash into a home.
This collision happened before 6:30 a.m. Tuesday on 85th Avenue North, according to ABC Action News.The driver hit the parked car, and the stationary vehicle (which was unoccupied) rammed into a home owned by Imad Hadabah. The parked car belonged to a woman named Emilee Traina.
Traina, Hadabach, and the eyewitnesses who saw the events unfold (and described them to Pinellas County deputies) — Domenic and Riley Capobianco — were all unharmed.
The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office has not confirmed if the speeding driver was impaired and listed any citations or indicated pending charges.
