Suspect arrested after pursuit-crash in Miami
MIAMI, FL – Miami-Dade Police arrested a man who tried to flee the scene after crashing a BMW, which was reported stolen, into an Exxon gas station Wednesday.
Local police told WSVN that the events started to unfold when authorities tried to stop the suspect driving the BMW. The man declined to stop and sped off, initiating the pursuit. He shortly collided with a barrier at a gas station and tried to flee the scene on foot but was caught and arrested.
Authorities did not reveal the man’s identity nor specified any charges at this time.
