SUV, motorcycle wreck in Jacksonville kills man in his 20s

JACKSONVILLE, FL – A man in his 20s was operating his motorcycle at high speed when he struck an Acura MDX driver who tried to turn left before 11 p.m. Friday.

This fatal wreck occurred on the 6200 block of Powers Avenue, First Coast News revealed. Medics took the Acura driver, an unidentified man, to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene, and his name has yet to be released.
