Update: Pickup truck fatally strikes man on E Busch Blvd. in Tampa

TAMPA, FL – The Tampa Police Department confirmed it was a pickup truck driver who collided with a male pedestrian, leading the man to suffer fatal wounds Wednesday. 

New details from WFLA reveal that around 2 a.m., officers found the man unconscious in the 3400th block of East Busch Boulevard. Photos from the source indicated significant damage to the truck’s front bumper. 

First responders conducted CPR on the unresponsive man. However, he succumbed to fatal wounds despite their best efforts.
