Update: St. Pete police ID suspect responsible for fatally hitting man
ST. PETERSBURG, FL – As of Wednesday, St. Petersburg Police has confirmed that it was a 34-year-old man who was responsible for fatally hitting his brother with his car.
To recap, this incident happened at 2:45 a.m. at the 7th Avenue South and 12th Street South intersection on Monday. ABC Action News said the 34-year-old man — Tyree Gland — struck his brother twice with his car before fleeing the scene.
The victim, Taiwan James Gland, succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
