Van driver fatally strikes 19-year-old woman in Orange Co.
ORANGE COUNTY, CO – A 19-year-old woman lost control of her car, leading her to drift off Goldenrod Road and get hit by a van, leading to her death Tuesday.
WSVN said the woman was going south on Goldenrod but then drifted into the northbound lanes. After she left her lane, the van hit the left side of her car.
After arriving, first responders took the 19-year-old woman to a hospital, where she died.
The van driver stayed at the scene and was uninjured.
