Vehicle overturns in Miami Gardens, claiming 1 life

MIAMI GARDENS, FL – Florida Highway Patrol are investigating the circumstances behind a rollover collision that claimed at least one life Tuesday.

This crash took place before 5:30 p.m. at the westbound State Road 826 and Northwest 12th Avenue connector, WSVN said. FHP shut down two lanes to accommodate the scene clearance process.

Crews are working to clean up the debris scattered in the area. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue was also summoned to the crash site and did not say if any other vehicles were involved.
