Woman, 21, killed in North Naples canal crash
NORTH NAPLES, FL – A 21-year-old woman lost her life when she crashed her car into a canal along I-75 North Sunday, NBC-2 reported.
This collision occurred near mile marker 109, south of the Vineyards Community Park. Florida Highway Patrol confirmed that the motorist (from Illinois) swerved off the road and struck a wired fence before landing in the water.
She was declared dead at the scene. No other occupants were involved.
