Woman, 31, struck, killed by hit-and-run driver in Hudson
HUDSON, FL – A driver of a white 2000 Dodge Dakota fatally struck a pedestrian, a 31-year-old woman, in Hudson before fleeing the scene on foot Friday.
WTSP said the collision occurred after 1:30 a.m. on eastbound Bolton Avenue, west of Bermondsey Street. Upon arrival, troopers declared the woman deceased at the scene and also saw the hit-and-run suspect’s abandoned pickup truck.
Florida Highway Patrol is investigating additional details regarding this fatal collision and the suspect responsible for it. The public is advised to contact FHP at the phone number listed in the initial source.
