Woman on scooter struck, killed by hit-and-run driver in Orlando
ORLANDO, FL – A woman riding a mobility scooter was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Orlando early Saturday, according to Fox 35.
FHP trooper say the woman, 28, was hit while riding north on Bonneville Drive near the intersection with Scranton Avenue at about 3:30 a.m.
First responders pronounced the unidentified woman dead at the crash site.
Troopers discovered pieces of the suspect’s vehicle, a Ford F-250 or Ford F-350 pickup truck, at the scene. However, no arrests have been made at the time of this writing.
